Order: Court rejected intervention by BDT

On March 21, 2024, the Eighth Civil Court of First Instance rejected a third-party motion filed by BDT Investments Inc. in case 01044-2017-00206. The motion, filed as a tercería coadyuvante, sought to intervene in support of a party to the case. However, the court held that the request was procedurally inadmissible because judgment had already been rendered in the matter.

Although the court recognized the legal standing and representation of BDT’s appointed attorney, it emphasized that interventions of this nature must occur before a final ruling is issued.
