Order: Court admitted BDT as co-party in Administradora case

On March 20, 2024, the Eleventh Civil Court of First Instance in Guatemala admitted BDT Investments Inc. as a third-party co-litigant in the ordinary proceeding filed by Administradora de Restaurantes, S.A. against Lisa, S.A. The court recognized BDT's legal standing based on documentation submitted by its representative and explicitly cited Clause Three of the transaction agreement to establish BDT's direct and certain legal interest in the dispute.

The court confirmed BDT’s procedural status under applicable constitutional and civil procedural law and acknowledged the proper registration of notifications and representation. The order reinforces BDT’s role in defending interests associated with Lisa, S.A., and supports its participation in litigation over unclaimed dividends and shareholder rights.
