Order: Forwards filing to previously accumulated case

On July 2, 2025, the Twelfth Civil Court of First Instance (Guatemala Department) took note of a party’s filing, recorded the designated electronic address for notifications, and confirmed that case 01162-2011-01095 had been accumulated into case 01041-2011-00110 by the Seventh Civil Court of First Instance on September 19, 2017, where it has remained since November 24, 2017.

On that basis, the court ordered the present filing to be forwarded to case 01041-2011-00110, together with certification No. 664-19 and memorials Nos. 1717-19, 2318-19, 3025-21, and 912-23, including their respective rulings and notices, for immediate processing.
