Order: Court admitted BDT as co-party in Reproductores case

On March 20, 2024, the Twelfth Civil Court of First Instance in Guatemala admitted BDT Investments Inc. as a third-party co-litigant in support of Lisa, S.A. in a 2012 case brought by Reproductores Avícolas, S.A.
