Court Order: Lifting of Precautionary Seizure in Case Against LISA, S.A.

On August 20, 2024, the court informed the parties involved in the executive proceeding No. 01168-2022-03210 that a payment by consignment had been approved. This legal action was promoted by Avícola Las Margaritas, S.A. against LISA, S.A. As a result of this payment, the court issued a resolution on February 27, 2024, ordering the lifting of the precautionary seizure.

The lifting applies to all shares, dividends, participation, or liquidation rights that the defendant, LISA, S.A., holds or may hold in the mentioned entity. Any amounts previously retained due to this seizure are to be returned unless a different judicial body has issued another seizure order.
