Motion: Lisa requested seizure and judicial administration

On August 17, 2022, Lisa, S.A., through its attorney María Luisa Villarreal Palacios, submitted a motion seeking the seizure of Villamorey, S.A.’s assets and the judicial administration of the company. This enforcement action follows Auto No. 2567, which ordered Villamorey to pay $51,643,208.80. Lisa affirms this claim is for overdue, liquid, and enforceable dividend payments that were unlawfully retained.

The motion requests an embargo on Villamorey’s financial deposits held at Financiera Consolidada de Panamá, the majority of its shares (excluding Lisa’s 33.33%), and its corporate management. Lisa nominates Mr. Juan Andrés Gutiérrez (passport No. AM872399) as Judicial Administrator. The court is asked to notify the Public Registry of Panama and Villamorey’s legal representatives at Galindo, Arias & López for enforcement.
