Official Notice 1573

On August 9, 2022, the Fourth Civil Circuit Court of the First Judicial Circuit of Panama issued Official Notice No. 1573 to Banco G&T Continental, informing the bank that it had ordered a judicial embargo in favor of Lisa, S.A. against Villamorey, S.A. pursuant to Order No. 2016/14606-21 dated August 1, 2022, within Case File No. 14606-21.

The court ordered the attachment of all funds held by Villamorey, S.A. in banks operating in Panama, including savings accounts, checking accounts, fixed-term deposits, securities, and any other financial instruments, up to a total amount of $44,913,412.00, and instructed the bank to deliver the seized amounts to Lisa until the full embargoed sum is satisfied.
