Official Notice 2954

On May 10, 2023, the Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office issued Official Notice No. 2954 to the Eleventh Civil Court requesting detailed information related to Civil Case No. 556-99, the long-running litigation between Lisa, S.A. and Villamorey, S.A. The request forms part of a criminal investigation initiated after Lisa filed a complaint alleging misappropriation of funds by Juan Luis Bosch Gutiérrez under Criminal Notice No. 202300033850.

The Prosecutor's Office asked the court to confirm the current status of the civil process, whether Bosch was appointed as judicial depositary, the legal basis of that appointment, and whether he submitted the mandatory depositary reports. Authorities also requested to know if Lisa ever sought his removal, asked for authenticated copies of the principal case filings, and requested any additional information that could assist the criminal investigation.
