Request: Lisa confirmed address for Villamorey and GALA notice

On September 23, 2024, attorney Carlos De Icaza Muñoz submitted a clarification to the Anticorruption Prosecutor’s Office to reaffirm the official address of Villamorey, S.A., its agent Galindo, Arias & López (GALA), and Juan Luis Bosch Gutiérrez. The clarification responds to Resolution dated July 3, 2024, which authorized the seizure of Villamorey’s accounting records for 2019–2024. De Icaza urged the prosecutor to direct all communications to the known address: Scotia Plaza, 11th floor, Federico Boyd Avenue, Panama City—previously confirmed by documentation in the case file.

Lisa, S.A. raised concern that Villamorey or its representatives may seek to obstruct the investigation by denying knowledge of Bosch’s or the company’s location. To preempt further delays, Lisa requested that if delivery fails at the stated address, the prosecutor proceed immediately to serve GALA, which shares the same address and legal responsibility as resident agent. This procedural step is intended to ensure prompt enforcement of the July 3 order requiring production of Villamorey’s financial records relevant to the embezzlement investigation.
