Inspection Request

On August 19, 2025, attorney Jessica Canto, acting for Lisa, S.A., submitted a request to the Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office asking that an on-site inspection be ordered at the offices of GALA (Galindo, Arias & López), Villamorey’s resident agent. The request states that GALA has failed to comply with the Prosecutor’s Resolution of July 3, 2024, which required Villamorey or GALA to provide complete accounting books, financial statements, and related documents for 2019–2024.

Lisa argues that because GALA has ignored the Prosecutor’s directive for more than a year, an in-person inspection is necessary to obtain the financial information relevant to the criminal investigation into Villamorey’s alleged retention of Lisa’s dividends. The filing asks the Prosecutor’s Office to enforce its earlier order through this compulsory measure.
