On February 3, 2025, both parties submitted a joint motion before the Twelfth Civil Court requesting the issuance of a letter rogatory. The purpose of the communication is to notify authorities in Guatemala that the attachment previously imposed on Lisa, S.A.’s shares in various Guatemalan companies has been lifted. The parties referenced Order No. 898 of April 12, 2022—which approved their settlement and is now final—as the legal basis for requesting international notice of the lifted measure.

The motion emphasizes that Guatemalan authorities must be formally informed so that corporate records reflect that the attachment over Lisa, S.A.’s shares no longer exists. Both legal representatives, acting for BDT Investments Inc. and Lisa, S.A., jointly signed the request, demonstrating their coordinated effort to implement the final effects of the settlement and ensure all foreign registries update their annotations accordingly.
