Official Notice

On November 25, 2008, Villamorey, S.A., through its legal representative Juan Luis Bosch Gutierrez, notified the Eleventh Civil Court that it had complied with Order 1624-08, which had elevated precautionary measures over Lisa, S.A.’s dividends. The company informed the Court that its board had taken all necessary internal steps to carry out the instructions issued by the tribunal.

The notice expressly stated that all dividends belonging to Lisa, S.A.—which have been seized as part of the precautionary measure—were fully placed at the disposal of the Court and could be accessed “at any moment” upon request. This acknowledgment later became a central element supporting Lisa, S.A.’s position, confirming that Villamorey and Bosch had possession and control of Lisa’s dividends for purposes of compensation and eventual return.
