On January 5, 2023, the Sixteenth Civil Court admitted Lisa, S.A.’s Special Summary Demand for Accounting against Juan Luis Bosch Gutiérrez. The court confirmed that the demand was properly presented under Articles 628 and 665 of the Judicial Code and that the action complied with the requirements for admission. This proceeding seeks to compel Bosch, who previously served as judicial depositary of Lisa’s unpaid dividends, to account for the funds withheld from the company.
