On January 10, 2025, the Sixteenth Civil Court issued Order No. 18 admitting BDT Investments Inc. as an interested third party (litisconsorte) in the Summary Accounting Proceeding initiated by Lisa, S.A. against Juan Luis Bosch Gutiérrez. After reviewing the filing, the court determined that BDT met all procedural requirements to formally intervene, acknowledging its legal and financial interest in the outcome of the accounting related to dividends withheld from Lisa.

With BDT now admitted as an interested party, it gains standing to participate directly in the proceeding, reinforcing the position of Lisa as both entities seek transparency and accountability for the funds retained by Bosch in his role as judicial depositary. The case will continue with BDT recognized as a full participant in the litigation.
