Order: Corrects date; maintains modified judgment

The court confirmed that the correct date of “Judgment No. 71” is January 31, 2025 (not July 9, 2025), and explained that its July 9, 2025 appellate decision only modified the judgment to exempt the plaintiff from costs.

The Tribunal therefore maintains Judgment No. 71 of January 31, 2025, with the modification made on July 9, 2025, expressly correcting the mistaken date referenced in the August 21 resolution. This leaves intact the cost relief for Lisa, S.A., while otherwise keeping the underlying judgment in force as modified on appeal.
