On July 9, 2024, the First Civil Court issued an official notice to Ramiro López Nimatuj, legal representative of Villamorey, S.A., informing him that the ordinary damages proceeding filed by Lisa, S.A. is underway. The court recorded that a judicial notifier attempted to serve Villamorey at its offices but was unable to complete service, as documented in the court file. In response to these failed attempts, the court granted Villamorey a period of three days to appear before the tribunal and receive formal notification of the resolution under transfer, pursuant to Article 1017 of the Judicial Code.
