Since 2022 Lisa has brought or joined four criminal complaints in Panama. The largest, admitted by the Anti-Corruption Prosecutor in June 2023, accuses Juan Luis Bosch Gutiérrez, Villamorey's legal representative, of misappropriating the dividends held under the 2008 seizure, a crime Panamanian law extends to the depositary of seized property; Lisa puts the loss above US$70 million, and BDT at US$120 million. A fraud complaint against Bosch and Villamorey rests on the same facts. Lisa also joined a complaint over the notice Villamorey's lawyers served on the judge who had attached its assets, the day before she lifted the attachment, and in 2025 reported the enforcement court's former judge over two years without a ruling on its collection requests. The prosecutors admitted each complaint; none has led to a charge so far, and one was provisionally archived.
