By requesting the civil court to confirm whether Bosch complied with the order to render accounts, the Prosecutor seeks to establish whether his conduct in civil proceedings (failure to fulfill obligations as court-appointed depositary) is consistent with the pattern of financial concealment underlying the criminal fraud investigation.
