Motion: Lisa submitted new evidence and renewed her demand

On April 30, 2025, Lisa, S.A. submitted a renewed motion before the Eleventh Civil Court of Panama, again requesting that Juan Luis Bosch Gutiérrez and Villamorey, S.A. be ordered to return dividends withheld under judicial deposit since 2008. The motion recaps that the original judgment (Order No. 42 of 2008) and its enforcement order (Order No. 2277 of 2018) authorized offsetting $894,718 from those funds, but required the return of any remaining amounts. Lisa notes that all related embargoes were lifted as of January 2025, eliminating any justification for continued retention.

Lisa further submitted a newly discovered record from the Book of Shareholders of Villamorey, S.A., obtained from a separate civil case (Exp. 14240-21), which reveals that a restrictive annotation falsely maintaining the seizure over Lisa’s dividends is still in effect. According to Lisa, this proves that Villamorey and Bosch have knowingly obstructed the return of funds by misrepresenting the legal status of the embargo. Lisa requests the Court to issue firm orders compelling compliance and enforce the return of funds held for over 16 years.
