This is an ordinary civil lawsuit. Avícola Las Margaritas, S.A. (successor of Compañía Alimenticia de Centroamérica, S.A.) sued Lisa, S.A. seeking damages, alleging that Lisa’s litigation and shareholder actions caused harm.
