The motion comes at a critical stage of the criminal investigation. The filing came just nine days after Bosch's attorney, Lcdo. Moisés Joel Bartlett Quiel, submitted an <doc id="pty-202300033850-2025-01-22-a" /> in which, while arguing against the requested evidentiary measures, he acknowledged that Lisa, S.A.'s shares had been endorsed to BDT Investments, Inc. This sequence indicates that, although Bosch's defense was actively participating in the criminal file through written submissions, Bosch himself was neither appearing in person nor available for notification purposes.
