1st Superior Tribunal
In its <doc id="pty-83573-21-2025-09-03-a" /> of August 21, 2025, the First Superior Tribunal rejected the defendant's petition to impose a cost award on Lisa, S.A. and upheld Judgment No. 71. The dispositive section of that ruling, however, identified the judgment as "Judgment No. 71 of July 9, 2025." Judgment No. 71 was issued by the Sixteenth Circuit Civil Court on January 31, 2025. The July 9, 2025 date corresponds to the Tribunal's <doc id="pty-83573-21-2025-07-09-a" />, which modified the trial court's judgment solely to exonerate Lisa, S.A. from costs. Counsel for the defendant, Juan Luis Bosch Gutierrez, requested the clarification within the summary accounting proceeding (<law id="pty-83573-21" />) brought by Lisa, S.A.
The Tribunal, having verified the record, acknowledges the error and clarifies that the dispositive section of its August 21, 2025 ruling should read:
The correction does not alter the substance of the decision. The exoneration of Lisa, S.A. from costs and the affirmance of the trial court judgment in all other respects remain unchanged.
